Engineering Your Personal Brand for the Startup Era
We recently had the honor of returning to HKSTP to facilitate a specialized workshop for university students titled "Engineering Your Personal Brand for the Startup Era."
This session was designed to help university students recognize that personal branding is a deliberate engineering process rather than a lucky accident. We explored the intersection of strategic social media management and effective workplace communication, emphasizing that a professional brand is a living entity shaped by every interaction.
By empowering these young talents to take ownership of their professional identity, we are helping to cultivate a more resilient and self-aware workforce for Hong Kong.
The Malaysian Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong and Macau:
Design Thinking Workshop
We recently partnered with The Malaysian Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong and Macau for a mind-blowing Design Thinking workshop. It was inspiring watching established business leaders from MAYCHAM rolling up their sleeves to tackle the complexities of urban sustainability.
Instead of just debating high-level policy, we spent the session dissecting the friction between daily convenience and environmental conscience. When we moved past the standard corporate buzzwords and started mapping out actual human habits, the solutions became much more tangible—and honestly, a bit more daring.

YSIP & HKSTP:
Design Thinking Workshop
It was our honor to partner with Home and Youth Affairs Bureau (HYAB) & HKSTP to host a Design Thinking workshop for the university students in the Youth Start-up Internship Programme 2026.
By partnering with the HYAB and HKSTP, we’ve been able to guide these interns through the often messy, non-linear process of scaling social and environmental solutions. We demonstrate to the students that, the future of Hong Kong’s startup ecosystem is possible to depends less on the technology we build and more on the human-centric mindset we cultivate.
Redesign unsustainable consumerism to build a greener city
We recently partnered with Hong Kong Baptist University to host a Design Thinking workshop focused on a theme called "The Green Consumer Reset." We challenged the students to apply human-centered design principles to the complex problem of urban waste and consumer behavior in Hong Kong.
By utilizing the Design Thinking methodology, we helped these students move beyond surface-level ideas into genuine social innovation. It was inspiring to watch them navigate the friction between consumer convenience and environmental responsibility.

Sync or Sink:
Navigating the Code of Startup Communication
Our "Sync or Sink" workshop was designed to give young talents a practical toolkit for navigating workplace communication and building a genuine and more effective workplace through better leadership and team dynamics.
We moved past the surface level to explore how storytelling can redefine a career trajectory and why understanding various communication models is the true backbone of professional resilience. It was honestly fascinating to see how a nervous student turn into a confident communicator who knows exactly how to navigate different working styles.
